It's a classic talk that one. I was watching another talk a while ago by professors at MIT addressed to their alumni. It was full of praise for Endy and this new field "Biological Engineering" which he was one of the founders of. The feeling I got then was that MIT wanted to see biological engineering as the next big focus for the university.
