Post Lucid Dreaming, anyone?
I have been meant to get deeper into lucid dreaming for quite a while now
and recently managed to get my first willingly induced lucid dream.

Are there any lucid dreamers around? If so, how do you use your lucid dreams? Do you have any recommendations on what to do (or not to do)?

Post Re: Lucid Dreaming, anyone?
I've managed to lucid dream once - I had read that it is more likely to happen during a nap than proper sleep, for me it happened during a nap in the afternoon when I was really really tired.

I was dreaming, then thought "maybe this is a lucid dream", so decided to see if I could jump in a lake to check: I could. However as soon as I saw a pretty girl on the shore it got pretty X-rated....that's been my only experience so far. I'm kind of skeptical that they can be 'used' to practice for real scenarios etc. but I'd like to hear examples to the contrary.
