 On the Biopunk narrative
Biopunk to me has become something of a personal journey that – once I embarked on it – turned out I didn't always feel a need to televise. It really is a journey, so some of the ideas that felt important early on - and even worth evangelizing about - feel self evident now and not as interesting. Other topics I've changed my views on.
I suck at narrating journeys, I'm not a diary kind of guy... there are people who do it brilliantly and find pleasure in it. Two days ago I stumbled on a podcast called “Soccergirl Incorporated” on iTunes, a bubbly smart skeptic girl who shows her tits a lot. My point is... she is social, she communicates artfully... we want those.
