I saw this a while ago. It's a talk with Q&A from MIT called “Do-It-Yourself Biology”. It 's with Reshma Shetty(Biobricks, Ginkgo BioWorks) and someone called Natalie Kuldell. Kay Aull(of closet biolab fame) is in the audience answering questions. It's a primer for what seems to be a random small audience.

I like the idea that this can be the face of diybio/citizen biology. An open discussion with smart people who are skilled educators. The talk touches on patent issues, safety and suitable model organisms.

In the audience there is a Frenchman in a crazy hat and a woman who starts knitting after a while.

It's well worth seeing.
